Feldherr ESD foam set + Euro Box for 2.5'' external hard drives SSD / HDD - 10 compartments

This set consists of ESD foam tray and an ESD Euro container ESD ED 32/12 HG. Ideal for 2.5" SSD / HDD hard drives in production, storage or logistics. Up to 10 hard disk can be stored here.

Hard drives with exposed electronics are particularly susceptible to data corruption through electrostatic discharge. For this reason, the transport box and the foam are made of antistatic material, which has been proven to prevent static discharges. The set is therefore even suitable for protecting hard drives for multi-use on conveyor belts.

The ports of the hard disks are accessible through vertical storage for uncomplicated commissioning. An overhang of the hard drives from the foam provides space to identify labels.

Included in delivery:

• 1 ESD foam insert with 10 compartments for 2.5" hard drives (HSMFEM060ESD) made of polyurethane. The 10 compartments are each 115mm long x 22mm wide x 60mm deep.
• 2 ESD foam topper made of polyurethane
• 1 ESD foam topper for heigh compensation made of polyurethane
• 1 ESD euro container with hinged lid (ESD ED 32/12 HG) from AUER Packaging

The stackable container from AUER Packaging offers shockproof protection to survive postal dispatch and constant transport through logistics undamaged. Dimensions of the ESD Euro container ESD ED 32/12 HG are as follows:

• Inner dimensions with foam bottom inside (10 mm high leveling floor ET010BESD): 275 mm x 172 mm x 95 mm
