Feldherr ESD foam set + Euro container as pendulum packaging for circuit boards / Workshop / Laboratory

With this pendulum packaging you get a safe and effective solution to protect sensitive items. The sophisticated design effectively absorbs shocks and vibrations. The special ESD foam additionally provides increased protection against electrostatic discharge. AUER Packaging's stackable Euro Box increases shock resistance to withstand postal shipment and constant transport by logisticians without damage.

The set contains:

• 1 ESD Eurobox with hinge closure (ED 43/17 HG) by Auer Packaging
• 1 ESD foam tray with 16 slots (DDMFCV120ESD), without firmly glued bottom
• 1 ESD leveling foam base, 10 mm (DEMENL010ESD)
• 1 ESD convoluted foam tray, self-adhesive (DFNP020SESD)

The foam tray is subdivided with 16 slots. In addition to ESD-hazardous components, you can also transport tools or work and auxiliary materials, for example. In this set, the foam tray lies loosely on the supplied leveling foam base. For the base we use the 10 mm thick foam ET010BESD. This fits exactly into the base recess of the Euro container.

• Dimensions of individual slots: 103 mm long x 27 mm wide x 120 mm deep
• maximum possible part height: 137 mm

With this insert, parts with a maximum height of 137 mm can be transported in the Euro Box ESD ED 43/17 HG. The value was determined including foam base and convoluted foam. If you want to secure higher parts, we can also offer this insert in larger Euro Boxes. An example with larger box is our set with item ID EB76Set.

The Eurocontainer with hinged lid from AUER Packaging can be closed in no time thanks to the easy-to-use hinge system. The lid and the hinges are made of the same antistatic material as the container. Electrostatic charges are prevented and already existing charges are reliably discharged. It offers a durable and cost-effective way to safely store and transport sensitive electronic components.
